The RTA Student Monthly Pass makes it easy and affordable for students to get where they need to go — class, work, activities, or just hanging out with friends. 

What You Get.

• Unlimited Rides: Take unlimited rides on all RTA fixed-route buses for one low monthly price.
• Big Savings: Instead of paying $40 for a regular monthly pass, students pay just $20 to ride the bus all month long.
• Easy to Use: Purchase and activate your pass directly in the Token Transit app. 

Who’s Eligible?

• Any college/trade school student or non-HCPSS student currently enrolled in school.
• A valid student ID or proof of enrollment is required. 

How to Get Started.

1. 1. Download the Transit app.
   2. Select “RTA of Central Maryland” as your transit provider.
   3. Choose General Student➔Apply Now
   4. Complete application form; Upload proof of current student enrollment.
   5. Get approved, retrieve bus pass.
