The RTA Rider Quarterly Forum is an open public meeting where riders and stakeholders can share feedback on public transit services in Central Maryland. This forum ensures that community voices play a key role in shaping service improvements and policy decisions at the Regional Transit Authority (RTA).

  • Open to Everyone: All riders, community members, and stakeholders are welcome to participate—no membership or long-term commitment required.
  • Quarterly & Virtual: Meetings are held four times a year, always before the Central Maryland Transportation & Mobility Commission (CMTMC) meeting and will be conducted via Zoom for easy accessibility.
  • A Direct Line to RTA: This forum provides a structured space to discuss service updates, accessibility, and rider concerns, with all feedback shared directly with RTA leadership and stakeholders to inform decision-making.
  • Recorded & Accessible: Meetings will be recorded and posted online for public reference, ensuring that everyone can stay informed, even if they are unable to attend live.
  • Stay Engaged: Meeting summaries will be posted online, and key takeaways will be shared with decision-makers to help drive meaningful transit improvements. For questions or more information, contact Ryan Mayers, RTA Rider Quarterly Forum Staff Coordinator, at ryan.mayers@transitrta.com.
