CDL Bus Driver/Operator (full and part-time)
We are seeking a dedicated, responsible, team-oriented, Bus Driver/Operator to provide reliable and efficient service while operating transit vehicles. A CDL, with “P” endorsement and airbrake designation is required!

Bus Technician/Bus Mechanic
We are actively seeking an ASE certified Maintenance Technician/Bus Mechanic for our fleet of transit buses and service vehicles.

Customer Service Representative (CSR) (Part-time only)
We are seeking a customer-focused, computer savvy, dependable Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our call center. This part-time position will assist customers by answering a multitude of inquiries as well as scheduling rides/trips for passengers.

Select one of the following schedules for the CSR positions:

  1. 9:00 am – 2:30 pm
  2. 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
  3. 12:00 pm – 5:30 pm
  4. 1:00 pm – 6:30 pm
All schedules can change according to operational needs.

Diesel Bus Mechanic Shift Supervisor
The RTA is actively seeking an experienced Diesel Bus Mechanic Shift Supervisor. This individual will manage the work of mechanics and supervise the maintenance for our fleet of 80 transit buses and service vehicles. This position requires the level of knowledge and skills necessary to diagnose and repair automotive, transit, and commercial vehicles and equipment.

Executive Assistant 
We are searching for a highly professional, organized, solutions driven, Executive Assistant. This position will primarily support the General Manager but will also provide support to the senior management team as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently and effectively.

Operations Supervisor (Full-time Evenings and Weekends)
We are seeking a dedicated, responsible, team-oriented, solutions driven Operations Supervisor to perform a variety of managerial and administrative work in the day and provide timely instructions/responses for operational information throughout the day.

Procurement Specialist
The RTA is seeking a Procurement Specialist to be responsible for the administration of Federal, State and Local grant management and contracts as well as for all organization procurements. The position shall also be responsible for communications, cooperation and collaboration with various governmental funding agencies and their representatives.

Public Transit Dispatcher
We are seeking a Public Transit Dispatcher to assist in ensuring timely and safe operation of the RTA fixed-route and paratransit bus service by routing, scheduling, and assigning bus operator personnel; communicating in real-time with operators to provide alternate routing when needed; handling emergency situations by coordinating with supervisors and appropriate authorities; and advising the public of temporary route and schedule changes.

Service Worker/Fueler
We are searching for Service Workers/Fueler to support the Maintenance Department of the RTA. Service Workers fuel, check the oil, sanitize, and check the meter readings of all commercial buses and company vehicles in the RTA fleet. Maintaining supplies, equipment and performing light maintenance duties are required.
