CDL Bus Driver/Operator (full and part-time)

We are seeking a dedicated, responsible, team-oriented, Bus Driver/Operator to provide reliable and efficient service while operating transit vehicles. A CDL, with “P” endorsement and airbrake designation is required!

We are seeking a customer-focused, computer savvy, dependable Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our call center. This part-time position will assist customers by answering a multitude of inquiries as well as scheduling rides/trips for passengers.

Diesel Bus Mechanic Shift Supervisor
The RTA is actively seeking an experienced Diesel Bus Mechanic Shift Supervisor. This individual will manage the work of mechanics and supervise the maintenance for our fleet of 80 transit buses and service vehicles. This position requires the level of knowledge and skills necessary to diagnose and repair automotive, transit, and commercial vehicles and equipment.

We are searching for a highly professional, organized, solutions driven, Executive Assistant. This position will primarily support the General Manager but will also provide support to the senior management team as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently and effectively.

Human Resource Manager
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager, well-versed in employee relations, labor relations, transformative leadership, coaching and mentoring, to lead a robust HR Department.

Operations Manager
We are seeking a responsible, organized, and solutions driven person to manage the day-to-day operational activities for the RTA. This person must be well-versed in handling complex situations, both internally and externally, while building a culture of accountability.

Operations Supervisor (Full-time Evenings and Weekends)
We are seeking a dedicated, responsible, team-oriented, solutions driven Operations Supervisor to perform a variety of managerial and administrative work in the day and provide timely instructions/responses for operational information throughout the day.

Public Transit Dispatcher – Eligibility List
We are seeking a Public Transit Dispatcher to assist in ensuring timely and safe operation of the RTA fixed-route and paratransit bus service by routing, scheduling, and assigning bus operator personnel; communicating in real-time with operators to provide alternate routing when needed; handling emergency situations by coordinating with supervisors and appropriate authorities; and advising the public of temporary route and schedule changes.

Safety and Training Instructor
We are seeking an exceptional, self-motivated, safety conscious, dependable, and dynamic Safety and Training Instructor to train driver/operators and other employees and enforce safety and regulatory compliance with minimal supervision.
