CDL Bus Driver/Operator (full and part-time)
We are seeking a dedicated, responsible, team-oriented, Bus Driver/Operator to provide reliable and efficient service while operating transit vehicles. A CDL, with “P” endorsement and airbrake designation is required!

Bus Technician/Bus Mechanic
We are actively seeking an ASE certified Maintenance Technician/Bus Mechanic for our fleet of transit buses and service vehicles.

Customer Service Representative (CSR) (Part-time only)
We are seeking a customer-focused, computer savvy, dependable Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our call center. This part-time position will assist customers by answering a multitude of inquiries as well as scheduling rides/trips for passengers.

Select one of the following schedules for the CSR positions:

  1. 9:00 am – 2:30 pm
  2. 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
  3. 12:00 pm – 5:30 pm
  4. 1:00 pm – 6:30 pm
All schedules can change according to operational needs.

Diesel Bus Mechanic Shift Supervisor
The RTA is actively seeking an experienced Diesel Bus Mechanic Shift Supervisor. This individual will manage the work of mechanics and supervise the maintenance for our fleet of 80 transit buses and service vehicles. This position requires the level of knowledge and skills necessary to diagnose and repair automotive, transit, and commercial vehicles and equipment.

Grants and Procurement Specialist
The RTA is seeking a Grants and Procurement Specialist to be responsible for the administration of Federal, State and Local grants and contracts as well as for all organization procurements. The position shall also be responsible for communications, cooperation and collaboration with various governmental funding agencies and their representatives.

Planning and Special Project Manager
The Planning and Special Projects Manager will be involved in local and regional planning efforts, bus stop planning, compiling and analyzing operating data, managing RTA’s GTFS-RT feed, supporting monthly reporting requirements, overseeing mobile ticketing efforts, and leading the effort to implement an automated bus stop announcement system.

Public Transit Dispatcher (part-time)The RTA is seeking a reliable, computer savvy professional, with excellent customer service skills to assist in ensuring the timely and safe operation of the fixed route and paratransit bus service. Dispatchers will route, schedule, and assign buses to bus operators, and communicate in real-time to provide alternate routing when needed.

Safety and Training Instructor (CDL Required)We are seeking an exceptional, self-motivated, safety conscious, dependable, and dynamic Safety and Training Instructor to train driver/operators and other employees and enforce safety and regulatory compliance with minimal supervision.
